N2 Generator
Equipment and Solutions of Nitrogen Generators
Principle of operation
Pressure modulated adsorption (PSA) is used in the production of N2 from compressed air, to separate the nitrogen molecules from the other molecules in the compressed air. Oxygen and other trace gases are removed while allowing nitrogen to pass into the application. O2 is removed, as well as H2O and CO2 and other contaminants in smaller quantities.
All from a single supplier
AIRSEC has a complete range of systems that include everything you need to install a nitrogen generation station in your plant. Compressors, AIRSEC’s pre-treatment units include adsorption or refrigeration dryers, storage tanks and filtration systems to ensure the highest quality air supply to the generators, the whole system can be supplied in components, assembled or containerised.
The N2 generator unit contains two isolated columns with an N2 selective adsorbent agent. These columns are alternately subjected to high and low pressure cyclic phases, ensuring continuous production of N2 at purities up to 99.999%.
